This is a great seasonal smoothie that will make you feel re-energized. Peanut butter might sound like an unusual ingredient for a smoothie, but it tastes great in combination with banana.

The addition of frozen banana makes this smoothie very creamy and fresh. Peel and chop the banana and freeze it for at least two hours or overnight.

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This may take a bit longer since kale is harder to break down than some other greens.
