Refreshing Summer Drink

A perfect drink to enjoy on the beach, on the rooftop, by the pool or anywhere in the sun. Thirst quenching and delicious.

Now that the summer is finally here it’s more important than ever to stay properly hydrated. Especially if you’re going to spend the reasonable amount of your vacations lying on the beach. As always, we recommend you drink at least 1,5-2l (depending on your weight) of water per day, and in case you’re in extremely hot conditions and planning on having a couple of alcoholic drinks at night, make it 2,5-3l. When you feel for a special treat, we have just a recipe for the occasion.

You’ll need:

Refreshing Summer Drink

  • 100g papaya
  • 200g watermelon
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 6 big ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in the mixer and process until smooth. This recipe will make 2 servings worth 225 calories (for both). Chill it in the fridge and enjoy.
